Privacy Policy
At AchieveX Academy, we take your privacy seriously. This page explains what information we collect when you use achievexacademy.com, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.
Who we are
AchieveX Academy is owned and run by Md. Shajahan Ahmed. Our registered address is Ward No. 03, Village: Burungachora, P.O: Takerghat-3030, P.S: Tahirpur, Upazilla: Tahirpur, District: Sunamganj. You can reach us at achievexbd@gmail.com or +880 1705-218374.
What information we collect
When you register or buy something from us, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. If you make a payment, the payment details (bKash, Nagad, or card) are handled and protected by the payment gateway itself — we don't store your card numbers or PINs on our end. We also pick up some basic browsing information through cookies, like which pages you visit and how you're using the site, mainly to keep things running smoothly and to understand what's working.
Why we collect it
We use your information to give you access to the courses or products you've bought, to help you when you contact support, to send delivery updates for physical orders, and occasionally to send reminders or offers over WhatsApp, SMS, or email. If you'd rather not get marketing messages, just let us know and we'll turn that off for you.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information to anyone. It only gets shared with the services that actually need it to do their job — the payment gateway to process your payment, the courier company to deliver physical orders, and tools we use to run the website and send emails or messages. These providers only get what's necessary for that specific purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for some time after that to meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you'd like your data removed sooner, you can ask us and we'll look into it, though some records may need to be kept longer where the law requires it.
Keeping your data safe
Your information is stored on secured servers, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access. That said, no system is completely risk-free, and we'd encourage you to also use a strong password and avoid sharing your login with anyone.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or request that we delete your account and associated data. Just send us a message using the contact details below.
Cookies
We use cookies mainly to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site might not work as well without them.
Children's privacy
This site is meant for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children, and if we find out we have, we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page occasionally as our services grow or as regulations change. The version published here is always the current one.

আমাদের নিবন্ধিত ঠিকানা: Ward No. 03, Village: Burungachora, P.O: Takerghat-3030, P.S: Tahirpur, Upazilla: Tahirpur, District: Sunamganj।
