Welcome to AchieveX Academy. This page explains the rules for using our website and buying our courses, memberships, and products. By using achievexacademy.com, you're agreeing to what's written here, so please take a few minutes to go through it.

What we offer
Through this website, we sell online courses (video lessons plus live masterclasses and webinars), a Silver Membership that unlocks several courses and bonus content for a set period, digital products like ebooks, and a few physical products that get shipped to your address.
Who can use this site
You need to be at least 18 years old to use AchieveX Academy on your own. If you're younger than that, a parent or guardian should be the one making the purchase and agreeing to these terms on your behalf.
Your account
When you sign up, please give us accurate information — it makes support and delivery much smoother on both ends. Keep your login and OTP private; you're responsible for anything that happens through your account. Please don't share, resell, or redistribute course videos, PDFs, or any other content you get access to here. It took real work to put together, and it's meant for the person who bought it.
Prices and payment
All prices on this site are in Bangladeshi Taka. You can pay through bKash, Nagad, or AamarPay (which covers cards and mobile banking). For physical products only, we also accept Cash on Delivery. Access to a course or a digital download is granted once payment actually clears — not before. We do sometimes change prices, but that never affects something you've already bought.
Delivery for physical products
Physical orders usually reach you within 3 to 7 working days after we confirm the order, through courier. It can take a bit longer depending on your area, especially outside major cities.
Access to courses and digital products
Once you buy a course or join the membership, you get access for the period mentioned on that specific course or plan, as long as you don't break these terms. Digital products like ebooks are delivered through a download link right after payment.
Refunds and cancellations

Ownership of content
Everything you see here — course videos, ebooks, written material, graphics, the AchieveX Academy name and logo — belongs to us. You're welcome to use it for your own learning, but copying it, reselling it, or putting it up somewhere else without our written permission isn't allowed.
If your account gets suspended
We don't do this lightly, but if someone breaks these terms, shares content they shouldn't, or uses the platform in a dishonest way, we reserve the right to suspend or close that account, sometimes without advance notice.
What we're responsible for
We put real effort into making our courses useful and accurate, but we can't promise a specific income or outcome just from finishing a course — that part depends on you. If something goes wrong on our end, like a server issue, a payment gateway hiccup, or a courier delay, we'll do our best to sort it out quickly, but we can't take responsibility for problems caused by third-party services we don't directly control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, including the ICT Act 2006, the Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009, and the Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021. Any dispute related to this website falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time as our business grows or as regulations change. Whatever version is published here is the one that applies, so it's worth checking back occasionally.

আমরা কী বিক্রি করি
এই ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে আমরা অনলাইন কোর্স (ভিডিও লেসন সহ লাইভ মাস্টারক্লাস ও ওয়েবিনার), সিলভার মেম্বারশিপ (নির্দিষ্ট মেয়াদের জন্য একাধিক কোর্স ও বোনাস কনটেন্ট অ্যাক্সেস), ই-বুকসহ কিছু ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট, এবং কিছু ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্ট বিক্রি করি যা কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।
কারা ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন
নিজে থেকে AchieveX Academy ব্যবহার করতে হলে আপনার বয়স কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর হতে হবে। এর কম বয়স হলে অভিভাবক বা আইনগত অভিভাবকের মাধ্যমে ক্রয় করা এবং এই শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হওয়া উচিত।
আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট
রেজিস্ট্রেশনের সময় সঠিক তথ্য দিন — এতে সাপোর্ট দেওয়া এবং ডেলিভারি দুটোই সহজ হয়। আপনার লগইন ও OTP গোপন রাখুন; আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট দিয়ে যা কিছু ঘটবে তার দায় আপনারই। অনুগ্রহ করে কোর্স ভিডিও, পিডিএফ বা যেকোনো কনটেন্ট শেয়ার, পুনঃবিতরণ বা পুনঃবিক্রয় করবেন না — এগুলো তৈরিতে অনেক পরিশ্রম গেছে, এবং এটা যিনি কিনেছেন তার জন্যই।
মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
এই সাইটের সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকায়। পেমেন্ট দিতে পারবেন bKash, Nagad বা AamarPay (কার্ড ও মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং সহ) দিয়ে। শুধুমাত্র ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারিও গ্রহণ করি। কোর্স বা ডিজিটাল ডাউনলোডের অ্যাক্সেস পেমেন্ট সত্যিকারভাবে সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরই দেওয়া হয়। মাঝেমধ্যে আমরা মূল্য বদলাই, তবে যা আগেই কিনেছেন তাতে এর কোনো প্রভাব পড়বে না।
ফিজিক্যাল প্রোডাক্টের ডেলিভারি
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ৩ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে যায়। এলাকাভেদে, বিশেষ করে বড় শহরের বাইরে হলে, একটু বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
কোর্স ও ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্টের অ্যাক্সেস
কোর্স কেনা বা মেম্বারশিপে যোগ দেওয়ার পর, সংশ্লিষ্ট কোর্স/প্ল্যানে উল্লিখিত মেয়াদ পর্যন্ত অ্যাক্সেস পাবেন, যতক্ষণ আপনি এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলেন। ই-বুকের মতো ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট পেমেন্টের পরপরই ডাউনলোড লিংকের মাধ্যমে পাঠানো হয়।
রিফান্ড ও বাতিলকরণ
এই বিষয়ে বিস্তারিত জানার জন্য আমাদের আলাদা রিফান্ড পলিসি পেজ দেখুন — রিফান্ড কীভাবে কাজ করে এবং সময়সীমা কেমন, সব সেখানে লেখা আছে।
কনটেন্টের মালিকানা
এখানে যা কিছু দেখছেন — কোর্স ভিডিও, ই-বুক, লেখা কনটেন্ট, গ্রাফিক্স, AchieveX Academy-র নাম ও লোগো — সবকিছুর মালিকানা আমাদের। নিজের শেখার জন্য এগুলো ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন, কিন্তু আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি করা, পুনঃবিক্রয় করা বা অন্য কোথাও প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।
অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত হলে
আমরা এটা সহজে করি না, কিন্তু কেউ যদি এই শর্তাবলী ভঙ্গ করেন, অনুচিতভাবে কনটেন্ট শেয়ার করেন, বা অসৎ উপায়ে প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করেন, তাহলে সেই অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িক বা স্থায়ীভাবে বন্ধ করার অধিকার আমরা রাখি, কখনো কখনো পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই।
আমরা কতটুকু দায়বদ্ধ
আমাদের কোর্সগুলো যতটা সম্ভব কার্যকর ও নির্ভুল করার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কোর্স শেষ করলেই নির্দিষ্ট কোনো আয়ের নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারি না — সেটা নির্ভর করে আপনার প্রচেষ্টার উপর। আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কোনো সমস্যা হলে, যেমন সার্ভার ডাউন থাকা, পেমেন্ট গেটওয়েতে সমস্যা, বা কুরিয়ার দেরি হওয়া — আমরা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব সমাধানের চেষ্টা করব, তবে আমাদের সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের তৃতীয়-পক্ষ সেবার কারণে সৃষ্ট সমস্যার জন্য পূর্ণ দায় নিতে পারি না।
প্রযোজ্য আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত হয়, যার মধ্যে রয়েছে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি আইন ২০০৬, ভোক্তা অধিকার সংরক্ষণ আইন ২০০৯, এবং ডিজিটাল কমার্স গাইডলাইন ২০২১। এই ওয়েবসাইট সম্পর্কিত যেকোনো বিরোধ বাংলাদেশের আদালতের এখতিয়ারভুক্ত।
শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন
ব্যবসা বাড়ার সাথে সাথে বা নিয়মকানুন বদলালে আমরা মাঝেমধ্যে এই পেজ আপডেট করি। এই পেজে যা প্রকাশিত থাকবে সেটাই কার্যকর ভার্সন, তাই মাঝেমধ্যে একবার দেখে নেওয়া ভালো।
